To give manufacturing flexibility and compliment the range of CNC machinery we have a number of conventional turning, milling and ancillary machines. This capacity enables us to produce small quantity and specialist items that require close attention. Our conventional turning capacity consists of four centre-lathes with a Tarnow TUJ-50M lathe with the capability to hold 3050mm between centres. Conventional milling capacity is very versatile with vertical, horizontal and universal machines including a Butler Elgamill and Huron KU4 having a universal ram head allowing an infinite set-up range. For boring on larger items, up to 1525mm diameter and 915mm tall, we have a Webster Bennett vertical borer.

Special Projects

Over the years we have been involved in many bespoke projects for customers, some of which have allowed them to secure a niche in the marketplace and expand their expertise quicker than their competitors. We have been instrumental in advising on how to limit costs whilst retaining a leading edge on development, production and market delivery. Components and assemblies manufactured from a huge variety of materials, each specific to our customer’s specification and final application.
